INDIA TRANSFER VISA SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE GATHER, PREPARE AND SEND THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:

Step 1 Valid Passport:

You must send the actual passport. The passport must have at least six (6) months validity remaining before expiration and has at least one complete blank visa page for the visa stamp.

NOTE: The last three pages on the passport are not visa pages and are not acceptable. If your passport doesn’t meet the requirement, click here to see our passport services.

Step 2 Visa Application Form:

Please click on the link at the bottom of this section to complete, and create your India visa application online. After you fill out the form online, your application form will appear completed on your screen (PDF file), and please print it out!

Click here to completely fill-out, print out, and sign India visa application form. One form per applicant.

Step 3 Photograph:

You must provide one 2″x2″ passport type photo. Homemade Digital Photographs are not acceptable.

Step 4 Copy of the birth certificate or school diploma:

Applicants must submit one clear copy of their birth certificate or school diploma.

Step 5 Proof of Address:

Applicants must submit one clear copy of their utility bill or driver license. For Minor, copy of parent’s driver license is acceptable.

Step 6 Authorization Letter:

Download, completely fill-out and sign Indian visa processing authorization letter. One letter per applicant.

Step 7 Your Expired U.S. passport :

Submit your expired U.S. passport.

Step 8 Visa Express Order Form:

Click here to completely fill-out order form. You will be asked to input your personal information, order information, and payment information. After inputting your data, click on “Submit Order” which will create your completed order form, then print it out and sign it.
